Warranty
Your MARRIN watch is warranted against any manufacturing defect for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”) subject to the following conditions.

In order to benefit from your MARRIN International Warranty, you will be required to present to any MARRIN Boutique, MARRIN Authorised Retailer or MARRIN Authorised After-Sales Service Centre, the proof of purchase and comply with registration requirements before receiving warranty service.

Exclusion
& Limitation
Your MARRIN International Warranty does not cover, notably:
- Defects and damages resulting from misuse or negligence, or from accident, • Battery, case, crystal, strap, or bracelet.
- Defects and damages caused by improper use, alterations, tampering, dismantling or unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Water damage unless marked water-resistant: MARRIN watches are 3-5 ATM Water Resistant: this means that the watch is protected against minor splashes of water. 3-5 ATM water resistant MARRIN watches cannot be worn during showering, bathing, swimming or diving. MARRIN watches should not be exposed to more than minor splashes of water or to chemical substances such as perfume, cosmetics and cleaning products.
- JEWELLERY : The buyer acknowledges and agrees that MARRIN jewellery is fragile and will break if not handled with care. The warranty on jewellery only relates to demonstrable production errors. MARRIN jewellery should not be exposed to water or chemical substances such as perfume, cosmetics and cleaning products as this may lead to discoloration.
If your watch is returned during the Warranty Period, any component found by our technical services to be defective as a result of a manufacturing defect will be, at MARRIN’s sole discretion, repaired or replaced free of charge. Upon expiration of the Warranty Period, any services or repairs will be subject to a service charge.
You are responsible for transportation costs, including but not limited to postage, insurance and packing materials. We recommend that any shipment to us include certified delivery and insurance.
Return &
Refund Policy
We accept order return for refund or exchange within 14 days from the date you received your order.
All returned merchandise must be in new/original and resalable condition with original packaging attached. Full refund will be made to customer by MARRIN upon receipt of the return
Return shipping fees and packages are the responsibility of the customer, MARRIN will not provide return or refund shipping fees. Please contact us for the nearest return location.
If the item you received is incorrect, missing, or defective, please contact us within 14 days from the date you received your order. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references upon receiving your package.
Upon dispute, MARRIN reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases.
